Ed Jansen is een bekende bezoeker van menig Haags museum, initiatief, galerie of podium.
Wekelijks speurt hij met zijn camera de Haagse kunstwereld af op zoek naar interessante situaties of kunstwerken om er vervolgens zijn eigen bijzondere beelden te schieten.

Voor Jegens en Tevens selecteert hij met regelmaat een aantal van zijn opnames in zijn eigen visuele column.
